Jordan Kanfer is the vice president, general counsel and human resources for
T-Systems North America. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the North American legal department. Additionally, as chief compliance officer, Kanfer manages the regulatory and compliance activities of the organization. Kanfer also serves as corporate secretary on the T-Systems Board of Directors.

Prior to joining T-Systems in 2005, Kanfer held senior in-house legal positions at Telerate and Global Crossing. In these positions, he managed and organized large-scale business and legal initiatives, as well as negotiated and facilitated complex telecom, technology and finance deals. Throughout his career, Kanfer has acquired a significant depth and breadth of experience with technology and telecommunications transactions.
Kanfer holds a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University, and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
