Worldwide standardized sales management

A standardized, customized CRM system in 25 countries gives Xella the decisive informational advantage on the international construction materials market.
T-Systems designed a CRM system based on Siebel software for Xella and implemented it in 25 countries and in more than 10 languages. Previously the construction and raw materials manufacturer had seven different CRM systems in use. This made a company-wide view of the market, customer relationships and sales successes impossible.
The new system enables sales staff to scope out interesting prospects even before the ground-breaking ceremony. Decisions about materials used in a construction project are now usually made by the builders or the architects themselves. Thanks to the standardized CRM solution the Sales department can now identify the right people early on and approach them with the right sales pitch at the right time.
